Fresh from Regal
Hi everyone,
With the daffodils popping up in the garden, it’s safe to say spring has definitely sprung. Hooray! But as always, we’re sure to get one last cold blast before the pohutukawas blossom, so don’t pack the winter woollies away just yet.
That means daylight savings is just around the corner, (27th) so shine up the barbeque and get ready for the season of outdoor dining and some incredible Regal Salmon dishes.
While we’re talking barbecues, don’t forget Father’s Day this Sunday. Why not surprise him with a delicious Wood Roasted Salmon Quiche for lunch? It’s so simple you could get the kids to make it for him. See below for the recipe.
